From the comfort of your home, connect through a video call. Sessions consist of 3 parts:
- Preparation (15 - 30 minutes before our call): I connect with your energy while you focus on your intentions. During this time, I gather insight into what’s happening in your body and life by working with both my guides/angels and yours.
- The Session: We connect over video, review your intentions, and dive into what has unfolded in your life over the past 1-2 weeks.

- What if my challenges are too personal and difficult to share? Private sessions are recommended before attending a workshop to create a safe and comfortable space for personal growth.
